Die Trauben werden sofort auf den Gittern am windreichsten Platz von Barg\u00f2n ausgebreitet.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Trocknungsphase werden Gitter aus Holz und Drahtgeflecht in einer beeindruckenden Konstruktion \u00fcbereinandergestapelt, so dass sie trocknen k\u00f6nnen, ohne der direkten Sonne oder dem Regen ausgesetzt zu sein. Wenn die Trauben nach etwa 2 Monaten (nie vor dem 1. November) den optimalen Trocknungsgrad erreicht haben, werden sie in den Weinkeller nach Riomaggiore gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Weinherstellung: Im Weinkeller werden die Beeren mit der Hand, eine nach der anderen, von den getrockneten Trauben gepfl\u00fcckt. Anschlie\u00dfend werden sie sanft gepresst (fr\u00fcher mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen) und f\u00fcr zwei Wochen im Most zur G\u00e4rung belassen, bevor sie in der Weinpresse (&#8222;torchio&#8220;) gepresst werden. Der Sciacchetr\u00e0 wird durch seinen Hefe-Bodensatz w\u00e4hrend der etwa zwanzigmonatigen Lagerung in rostfreien Stahlf\u00e4ssern veredelt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Luego las uvas son prensadas de forma dulce y se obtiene el mosto. Se deja fermentar el mosto con las pieles de las uvas por dos semanas en contenedores de acero. Esta fermentaci\u00f3n es exclusiva del vino Sciacchert\u00e0.
