\u2026.is produced from a long standing experience and seleted Bosco, Albarola e Vermentino grapes during the grape harvest and immediately layed out on the trellises and the breeze of Barg\u00f2n. Protected from the sun and the rain by the impressive construction of the trellises makes it an ideal place for the grapes to dry. Two months later, in the “cantina” (where wine is produced, stocked and sold) each stalk is hand stripped. Then the skins are\u00a0 gently pressed and left to ferment for two weeks\u00a0 in the must before a final\u00a0 press in the old\u00a0 wodden press.
\nThe Sciacchetr\u00e0 <\/em>is thenleft to improve in its yeasts for 36 months.
